How long will it take for an order to be shipped out?

All non custom orders ready in stock with be shipping within 24 hours via USPS or FedEx. All custom made orders take 3-4 weeks to hand make and then get shipped out.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we will gladly take any custom orders. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@modsii.com and we will do our best to make your imagination to reality.

What type of Warranty do we get with our purchase?

We offer a lifetime warranty on our high-quality items. Our warranty covers color fading and tarnishing. Items that are damaged or misused does not cover under warranty.

I selected the wrong shipping address. How do I change it?

If the order has not been shipped out we can gladly change the address for you. Please email us at modsii.usa@gmail.com. Make sure to write in the subject in bold “ CHANGE OF ADDRESS” and provide us with your full name, order number, correct address and contact number ( just in case if we need to reach you for quicker response)  Orders that are shipped with the wrong shipping address, the buyer takes full responsibility and will not be able to get any refunds or exchanges. 

How do I cancel or change my order?

All custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once the process has begun.

All non-custom orders can be changed or cancel before its being processed. Please email us at Support@modsii.com. Please make sure to add your full name, order number, and changes that need to be made. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Unfortunately, there are some countries that we do not ship (India, Palestine, Russia, Egypt, Pakistan, Algeria)We will update you once we start shipping to these countries.

What shipping companies do we use?

FedEx, USPS, USS and DHL. 

What is your return policy?

We offer worry free, question free 30 days full money back on non custom orders. Any custom orders does not qualify for returns or exchanges unless error from our production. Please contact us at support@modsii.com.

 

What is covered in lifetime warranty?

Our jewelry comes with lifetime warranty. Any jewelry  that is faded or Tarnish we will replace it with the same necklace at no cost! If the item is discontinued we will exchange you with any jewelry at equal cost. Damaged or broken chains does not cover the warranty.
